- Lemon Squeezy – to process payments.
- Google Firebase – to host data, perform authentication, and send transactional emails.
- Email service providers – to deliver items such as quotes or invoices.

- Legal & regulatory bodies – when required by law or to protect rights.
All vendors are bound by data‑processing agreements and only process data on our instructions.

Firebase and some sub‑processors are located outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on:
- Adequacy regulations (e.g., transfers to the EEA); or
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary:
- Account data – for the life of the account plus six years for tax/audit purposes.
- Business data (quotes/invoices) – until you delete it or six years after account closure, whichever is earlier.
- Logs – up to 12 months, unless required for security or legal reasons.

We implement technical and organisational measures including:
- HTTPS encryption in transit
- AES‑encrypted storage in Firebase
- Role‑based access controls and security rules
- Regular backups and vulnerability assessments
However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Erase data (“right to be forgotten”)
